Brand new tires, chassis & house batteries. Generator recently tuned with an oil change.

Professional LP system safety check performed. All alarms/detectors replaced. New fire extinguisher installed.

New mattress (never used).

Pros: Well cared for, low mileage, runs and stops great.
Cons: Normal TLC needed for a coach of this age, only minor.
